A conflict in one file does not discard useful work on the rest. An ambiguous file can remain unchanged and clearly blocked while safe candidates are delivered separately. A candidate is not certified for language quality or production deployment.
Bounded scope, agreed before payment
Up to five related JSON pairs, 2,500 source string keys and 640 KiB total input (each input file up to 64 KiB; each source up to 500 string keys). Supply authoritative sources, translated targets and the failing import or validation condition. Supported flat or nested string objects only; arrays, complex ICU plural logic and translation work are outside this pilot.
We repair only changes supported by the originals and deterministic checks. Missing translations, conflicting duplicate values and semantic uncertainty become review items. We do not silently choose a meaning. The scope decision specifies what can be repaired, what must remain for your team and whether the package is useful enough to proceed.

Is this worth paying for?
Not for a trivial formatting fix. A native formatter, your localization platform, manual repair or ChatGPT can solve many individual cases for free. Removing a comma or BOM, changing line endings or reordering keys alone is not the value of this paid pilot. The preserved one-comma technical example illustrates that simple case.
The paid hypothesis is saving release-engineering handoff and verification work: reconciling a related bundle, recording every safe change, isolating unresolved problems and handing over evidence your team can reproduce. This willingness to pay has not been validated by customers.
